This is Korea University Digital Information Office. 

 

As part of Korea University's new e-mail conversion work, KU's Office365 ID will be changed from ID@korea.ac.kr to ID@korea.edu in order to unify accounts and increase convenience for members of KU.


Only the ID of your korea.edu account will be changed and your account and data will not be deleted.


Some services, such as logging in to Office365 and loading files, will become unstable during the work period, so it is recommended that members of Korea University who need to use Office365 avoid working from November 7th to 9th.


We kindly ask for your understanding that some services will be suspended and unstable during the work period.

     

1. Your 'ID@korea.edu' account will be changed to 'ID@korea.ac.kr'.

2. Working period: 2022.11.07 18:00 ~ 2022.11.09 18:00 (Expected to take more than 40 hours, subject to change depending on the situation)

: It will take a lot of time to change about 110,000 accounts. We ask for your understanding.



3. Some services are unavailable during work (11/7 - 9)

★ During the change process, the KU Office365 may not log in, or the saved file may not open.

You may not be able to log in while the change is in progress. When you log in, if the message 'Account does not exist' appears, please try to log in with the ID below. (The password is the same as before)

4. How to log in after changing your ID

: Log in the same way as before, change to 'ID@korea.edu → @korea.ac.kr' and log in.

Access https://login.microsoftonline.com/

→ Enter portal ID (ID@korea.ac.kr).
